offer shares at a lower rate than 3 years ago. The capital
cost of a 10%
share is $30,500 and the annual fee is $5,520. This
includes all insurance, registration, berthing fees,
detailing, maintenance
and fuel usage. There will be nothing more for you to
pay.
The syndicate runs for 3 years and when the time is
up, the yacht is then sold and the part owner shares
in the net proceeds
of the sale price of the yacht. For the life of the
syndicate, Sydney By Sail will provide a 5* walk on
walk off service to

We are excited to announce the launch of our Silverton
Motor Yacht Syndicate on Sydney Harbour.
The new Silverton 36 has a striking modern appearance.
She is a dream to drive with plenty of power from the
twin D400
Volvo diesels. Berthing, anchoring and manoeuvring at
slow speeds is simple with the IPS docking system.
The cabin features an uncommonly roomy master stateroom
accommodating a queensized island berth. The second
stateroom sleeps two in a bunk arrangement. The main cabin
features an ultra leather sofa, settee, and dinette table
and has loads of space for entertaining.
The modern and convenient galley is equipped to make you
feel at home. A forward windshield and opening
and screened salon windows create a light, airy atmosphere.
